1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the okada001 platform located at okada001.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

okada001 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Access to and use of the okada001 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable regulations.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the receipt of online gambling services is prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of okada001, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from okada001 or had your account suspended or terminated for a breach of these terms.

okada001 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. During the registration process and as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure, okada001 will request documentary proof of age. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys national ID. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money games and services on okada001, you must register a Member account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the okada001 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. okada001 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your okada001 account and not reuse it on other platforms.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify okada001 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

okada001 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified okada001 of a security breach prior to such activity.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

okada001 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method selected.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. okada001 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Before processing any withdrawal, okada001 may require the completion of the KYC verification process. This includes submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

okada001 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the Member's account balance if the withdrawal has not yet been processed and the Member requests such reversal. Once a withdrawal has been processed and transmitted to the payment provider, it cannot be reversed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

okada001 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus funds and are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds are used first when placing bets, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okada001 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the okada001 platform software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okada001 staff or other Members.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

okada001 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides every registered Member with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your okada001 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the okada001 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okada001 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the okada001 platform without the prior written consent of okada001.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okada001 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the okada001 platform.

okada001 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okada001 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, okada001's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

okada001 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request by okada001.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.

Upon termination of your account for cause, okada001 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and void any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member following the completion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.

You may close your okada001 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

okada001 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the okada001 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
